Small Bronze Gupta-style Thai Buddha

An excellent miniature bronze casting of a standing Buddha in the classic late Gupta. The hair is in tight curls, the features classic. The robe is draped over the left shoulder and is held by the left hand. The right hand is raised in blessing. Encrusted green patina overall.

From Peninsular Thailand, circa 8th century.
